Welcome to Halkidiki Tour. By making a reservation through our platform, you agree to the following Booking Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Direct Booking from Property Owners
Halkidiki Tour connects guests directly with property owners and accommodation providers. Each property is owned and managed by its respective owner, who is responsible for the accuracy of the listing, property condition, availability, pricing, and services offered.
The rental agreement is concluded directly between the guest and the property owner.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
The guest receives a written booking confirmation.
Any required deposit or payment has been successfully received.
The property owner accepts the reservation request.
Halkidiki Tour reserves the right to decline booking requests that cannot be confirmed by the property owner.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may include applicable taxes and fees as specified in the booking details.
Payment terms vary by property and will be clearly communicated before confirmation.
Guests are responsible for any additional charges not included in the booking price.
4. Security Deposits
Some properties may require a refundable security deposit to cover potential damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items.
The amount, payment method, and refund conditions will be specified by the property owner before arrival.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the property.
Unless otherwise stated:
More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund of payments received.
15–30 days before arrival: Partial refund may apply.
Less than 15 days before arrival: Refunds are generally not available.
Property-specific cancellation policies will always take precedence and will be displayed during the booking process.
6. Check-in and Check-out
Standard times unless otherwise agreed:
Check-in: After 15:00
Check-out: Before 11:00
Guests should contact the property owner directly regarding arrival details and special requests.
7. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
Respect the property and its contents.
Follow house rules provided by the owner.
Avoid excessive noise or disturbances.
Comply with local laws and regulations.
Leave the property in reasonable condition upon departure.
Guests are financially responsible for damages caused during their stay.
8. Occupancy Limits
Only the number of guests stated in the reservation may occupy the property unless written approval is obtained from the owner.
Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges or cancellation of the booking.
9. Property Descriptions
Halkidiki Tour and property owners make every effort to ensure listing information is accurate. However, descriptions, photos, amenities, and distances are provided for informational purposes and may occasionally vary.
10. Force Majeure
Neither Halkidiki Tour nor the property owner shall be liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide accommodation due to events beyond reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters
Extreme weather conditions
Government restrictions
Public health emergencies
Utility outages
Strikes or transportation disruptions
11. Limitation of Liability
Halkidiki Tour acts solely as a platform connecting guests and property owners.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halkidiki Tour shall not be liable for:
Property-related issues
Personal injury
Loss of personal belongings
Acts or omissions of property owners
Disputes between guests and owners
12. Complaints
Any issues related to the accommodation should be reported directly to the property owner as soon as possible to allow a reasonable opportunity for resolution.
If a resolution cannot be reached, guests may contact Halkidiki Tour for assistance.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Greece.
Any disputes arising from bookings or use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece.

Secure Payments
All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment methods, using encrypted systems designed to protect your financial information.
Direct to Property Owners
In most cases, payments are transferred directly to verified property owners or their authorized representatives after booking confirmation, ensuring a clear and direct rental process.
Deposit Protection
Any deposit paid is clearly stated before booking. Deposits are used to secure your reservation and are subject to the cancellation policy of each property.
Fraud Prevention
We work only with verified property owners and carefully selected listings to minimize the risk of fraud or misrepresentation.
